Cyclebox combines spin and boxing to result in increased strength and power. Created by Mandy Gordon she believes believe that training like a fighter is one of the best ways to get you in the best shape of your life.

Each session is comprised of a kickass session of cycling to the ultimate playlist where we get lost in the rhythm of the music.
Then it's on to an intense boxing fitness session that will build lean muscle as well as your confidence.
