FIRST TIME RIDERS
THIS IS HOW WE ROLL
Please arrive in the studio 15mins before your session starts. We need you to fill out a new rider form, get your bike set up and go through safety instructions with you. Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the form in person. Minimum Age to participate is 16.
Be sure to have water before, during, and after the session. Stay healthy by hydrating the body. We will have water to purchase if you forget your own. Please also bring a towel.
We recommend eating a light snack 30mins before your session. We do not work on an empty tank.
You can put your belongings in our lockers. Just a key no money required.
Our coaches are here to inspire you to push yourself..... but please listen to your body and work at a pace that you are comfortable with.
All fitness levels are welcome. We work with Keiser bikes from which a variety of gears can be selected; Beginner, Intermediate and Badass rider. All riding together in a squad. The coach will call out a number to ride between (e.g 10-15) Newbies would stay at 10, with more confident and increased fitness level riders increasing to 13, then the badass riders hit up the max number every session. We all work towards the badass level. No one will know it is just you vs you, only the coach can see your monitor and will aim to to keep you motivated.
We have a shower and a separate changing room if required.
